Perfect place to spend a relaxed vacation!

Excellent location, right on the beach Excellent gardens and lawns provide a nice ambience The room was spacious with a big and well equipped bathroom. The restaurants offered a wide variety of food choices The courteous and helpful staff was the cherry on the top.

More in-house activities would be appreciated, including local tour options. The bed was a bit too soft for me. I wish there was an option to choose between a hard and soft bed

Great hotel

Awesome hotel territory, nice staff, really good beach, my room had both a shower and a great bathtub, restaurants work until 23:00, comfortable bed. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

They provide 4 small bottles of water every day, for me it wasn’t enough :( Also noisy air conditioner at night, needed earplugs.

Very Good

The view is amazing.

I only stayed for one night. Arrived quite late and when we got into our room, water heater is broken. So only hot water. And AC is broken as well. Staff came, as soon as we called. Checked it for more than 20 mins and asked us to wait, without offering changing room. I had to call reception and asked for the manager to change room. After 30 mins..we finallt got to change our room and I can showered and sleep.

Exceptional

EVERYTHING! I couldn't believe it, the resort sits on a huge area. The staff are all amazing, and THE FOOD oh my god the food taste really good. It caters to all palate. They have different menu every morning for breakfast. The room is HUGE and all the wooden furniture carries the classic look, they all well maintained. The beach in front of the resort is very nice: long white beach. They give voucher for 5 free professional photographs around the resort area. The shuttle every hour to Bali Collection is very handy. The pillows are comfortable too!

My minor suggestion: 1. The swimming pool ladder in the room (deluxe pool access) should have anti-slip on the steps. It's very slippery and can cause hazards. 2. The drainage in the shower spa needs to be either replaced or cleaned. It smells really bad like damp and old. Also some walls in the spa room have bad spots like bubble from the humidity trapped between wall and paint. It's a bit sore for the eye. 3. The sink in the room bathroom doesn't drain fast, but this is very minor comment.

Superb location and lovely property. The villa with the private pool is amazing.

The rooms don’t have a proper socket for laptops and mobile phones. You need an adapter and they ask you to buy as they have limited stock

This resort is a perfect place for a family holiday with everything you need to enjoy your stay

The fact it was safe and secure in location and the beach was private and looked after beautifully. The food was incredible and the staff were amazing and very accomodating.

The price of things were a little expensive given the cost of the room however that is the only negative if any

a very relaxing and lovely holiday at a beautiful resort

a beautiful place to stay, the resort is very well equipped, beds are very comfortable, the room was huge and spacious. the pools were beautiful, and lots of activities going on, the beach was absolutely beautiful and was easy to access. the breakfast was very nice and there was something for everyone. Staff were absolutely wonderful and were the overall shinning light at the resort. Friendly, helpful and just a delight to interact with.

Rooms were very dark, the bathroom especially, this is not uncommon is Bali so I always take a mirror with lights :-) It is a little dated, like slightly, but that is the norm for Bali.

Fantastic resort for families that like to surf, have fun and relax!

Beautiful hotel, with amazing grounds and location, my kids loved the diving tower at the beachside pool and there are good surf breaks right out front, there are also local restaurants a short walk away!

It was busy but the resort is so big it wasn’t a problem.
